Well smoking pot is illegal. But that didn't stop Bob Marley or Snoop Dog, so why should it stop me? And don't smoke cigs. Not even that tasty. Chew gum and smoke joints instead. Oh but I was in Arkansas a few years back, and the legal smoking age for cigs was 16.

It depends on the state you live in. For example, Florida is 18 and Alabama is 19. It is a state law not a federal law.

In most states its 18. In some states its 21.
It used to be just selling ciggarrettes to a minor was illegal. Now it is illegal for the minor to possess or use tobacco.
