I wouldn't think she went blind suddenly - this would only really occur through trauma. Are the blacks (pupils) or her eyes white? If so, this is cataracts, which usually goes hand in hand with diabetes. If her pupils are very large all the time this may be blindness through another cause.
You do need to take your dog to the vets. While 7 years isn't really old for a small cross-breed, if she is blind and keeps weeing she is overdue for a checkup. She may be diabetic, this is especially likely if she drinks a lot. The urination may be to do with this, or it may be infection, or incontinence, or any other problem. She does need to go to a vet!

If the eyes have grew to become pink he/she has a watch an infection and could be extremely painful for the dogs. The eyesight won't return and maximum probable the dogs will ought to have the eyes bumped off. canines can get around somewhat properly with out sight. that's barely a million reason that a dogs can bypass abruptly blind. verify with your vet!

Serious health issues! Go to the vet now! They will see you as an emergency if you can't get an appointment today. This sounds like untreated diabetes, but I am not a Dr. If you don't do something fast this vision loss will be permanant!

Your dog is probably suffering from advanced diabetes. Let me guess, she is also overweight and has not seen a vet in quite a while? Please take her in asap and have the vet run blood and urine analyses so you can treat her before she dies from her illness.
