After molly bolts and holes are done I need to use a eye screw to suspend window?

I'm not sure what a molly bolt is, but if you use a drywall anchor, just use the appropriate size screw and that'll work. I have a VERY heavy mirror hanging from my wall with two anchors and screws and it's been up for 4 years. :)

Usually you frame out the window on the top and bottom to support the weight. The frame is attached to the floor and the deck (part of the frame of the ceiling, behind the drywall).

Are you talking about hanging something very heavy, or are you talking about installing a framed window?

the amount of fasteners in tension (not shear) will distribute the load. I wouldn't attach the object (window) to the gyp board but attach it to the rafters or ceiling joists. the fasteners you select have a tension rating (pull-out). If you were to install a hammock in a room you would want to lag it to the joists. remember if you use a molly or expansion anchor you are applying the load to the surface area of the fastener to the gyp board.

The calculation is:

P'w = Pw * pen * Cd * Cm * any other modification.
P'w = modified allolwable load in withdrawl for one nail driven into side grain of holding member (#/nail)
pen = penetration of nail int the member (in.)
Cd = load duration factor (use 100% or 1.0)
Cm = moisture content factor

I don't follow what you mean with "all the way to the end".
