i have started downloadin torrnet files by bitdownload software but while downloading i find the program stop and restarts again sponatenously what can i do ???

Your downloads totally depend on the number of people allowing that item to be downloaded from them. They are called Leechers and Seeders. If the person you are downloading from decides to shut down his pc, that obviously will give you break in the download. If another person comes online and is allowing that data to be downloaded from them, then your download will resume.
It also depends heavily on what the seeder/leechers' UPLOAD speeds are. For example it's not unusual to see speeds like 3M download and 60K upload speeds.
Download is the speed at which you can acquire data, and Upload is the speed at which a person can send you data.
