That is impossible you might have made it disappear from your desk top but it can not be deleted it is the location where all the deleted objects end up and the system doesn't allow its deletion unless it is a short cut to the recycling bin.
ever tried to throw the garbage bin inside the same bin ?

If you mean you deleted all the files out of your Recycle Bin, you can not get them back without special software.
If you mean the Recycle Bin icon is gone, right click on your desktop and select Properties from the menu. Go to the Desktop tab of the window that appears and click on the Customize Desktop button.
There will be a check box to turn on or off the Recycle Bin icon.

i assume you're working homestead windows Vista? click on start up, then administration Panel, then "classic View" on the left. Double click on Personalization interior the products on the magnificent, then back on the left click on "replace own workstation icons." A window will pop up and you're able to be able to pick "Recycle Bin" to have it reappear.

if you mean you deleted everything what was in the recycle bin....you cannot get that back unfortunately:(
