That is so fleeting a goal
I still like clam chowder best
But I have had soo many delicious homemade soups.
There is NO favorite except for the next . -. -

Italian wedding soup-it has spinach, tiny meatballs and itty, bitty pasta in a chicken broth with onions carrots celery. Add some parmesean cheese to the top and mmmmmmm.

This is a wonderful soup for the summer!
GAZPACHO BLANCA
SERVES 8
3 MED. CUCUMBERS, PEELED, SEEDED, & COARSELY CHOPPED
3 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
2 CUPS SOUR CREAM & 1 CUP YOGURT
3 T WHITE VINEGAR
2 TEASPOONS SALT, OR TO TASTE
2 CLOVES GARLIC CRUSHED
CONDIMENTS
4 MED. TOMATOES, PEELED, SEEDED & CHOPPED
½ CUP SLICED SCALLIONS
¼ CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY
WHIRL CUCUMBER CHUNKS IN A FP A VERY SHORT TIME WITH A LITTLE CHICKEN BROTH. POUR INTO MIXING BOWL; ADD REMAINING BROTH, SOUR CREAM, VINEGAR, SALT AND GARLIC. STIR JUST ENOUGH TO MIX. CHILL THOROUGHLY AT LEAST 2-3 HOURS. BEFORE SERVING, STIR AGAIN. POUR INTO CHILLED BOWLS. SPRINGLE CONDIMENTS ON TOP.

are you talking about in a restaraunt ? then it would have to be olive gardens zouppa tescanna. Regular soup cream of mushroom . both are delicious to me .

for restaurant soup mine would also be Zuppa Toscana from Olive Garden, homemade it is French onion with a piece of French bread on top with melted Swiss cheese!
