If you banned those things that is an infringement on free speech. For some reason others have chosen to hate the white race and I really don't see an answer to fixing the problem.I just keep my faith in God that some day it will all work out.

This is a good and fair question. It would be impossible for anyone to explain a lifetime of frustration to you. Never being able to hide their skin color and only hoping that it wont be a hindrance. I can not say that I've experience a lot of racism in my own life time. I've never gotten any breaks because of my skin color either. I've worked hard for everything I've gotten. Affirmative Action is an attempt to level the playing field, it combats years of discrimination. It tries to right past wrongs. It may honestly be unfair, however at any point when it has been taken away. (Look at cases in California and Michigan) The black enrollment has nearly drop to 0% at those schools. I think from the black perspective, their is a lot to be asked. Such as why are their so many negative images of African Americans portrayed in the media? Why no matter how successful an African American is his or her race is the first thing that comes to mind? Why are African Americans given more time in Prisions for the same crimes committed by Whites? Why are schools in Black communities and improvished neighborhoods substantially worse than their white counterparts? Why do you have to look, dress, and sound like White America to be considered all that is good? Honestly I get it, I understand where your coming from, but you have to understand where the other side comes from as well. There is no understanding and no attempt to understand how an African American may feel in this country. A country built by thier own free labor, for which they have never been given credit. A country in which they have created numerous inventions. Live, died, cried, and fought for. A country in which they are docters, lawyers, musicians, and writers. And despite accomplishments, achievements, and gains we are still considered inferior. I think that most African Americans just want to be considered ppl and treated like anyone else. Without carrying the weight of an entire race on his or her back.

(You've been a 'member' of Yahoo less than twenty-four hours. You haven't bothered to join into any groups, reply to any questions or offer any advice or help. But you have managed to 'ask' four so-called 'questions' in which you've made outlandishly easy to disprove claims, in which you've ranted and spewed your anger at one ethnic group. You've got some serious personal issues you need to deal with. Contact us and our clinic and we'll get you some help.)
It seems to me that most of the music on MTV is rock based music and most rock based music is a bunch of good old boy white guys singing and playing and I doubt if most of these white guys are doing anti-white guy music.
While there are, and have been, a few rappers who have done a few videos on MTV where they clearly have come down hard on whites these certainly have not been in the majority and certainly there is no evidence to back up your claims about 'all the racism towards whites' on MTV.
Just like in your other joke of a 'question' in which you claim that 'all' black musicians steal from white musicians (and where you were shot down with the truth) in real life a 'few' is never 'all'. Only in the mind of someone looking for excuses to hate others do we find people who stereotype a whole group of people by claiming a what a 'few' say represents what 'all' say.
I haven't watched enough BET to know one way or the other if they come across as racist as you claim. But, from you're really poor batting average so far, I'm sure you're exaggerating there, too.

Unfortunately nothing will stop the ignorance of others. As long as people have tainting their brains we will have racism. Everyone needs to realize that everyone is human we just look different. Different races have likes and dislikes. I am very tired of hearing white boy/girl and cracker. What if we said the n word in our comedy or songs. It would start a riot!! Sadly I don't think anything can be done, this is something that starts at home. And who they are around. Ignorance breeds ignorance...

Yes, of course it would help. If it is not publicized it cannot be utilized to help "brainwash" a generation! Of course, it won't happen, because we have become a nation that embraces racism of many forms, including allowing racist networks under "freedom of speech".For some reason that particular part of our constitution has been interpreted to allow all that is negative or controversial, yet ban the basics that our country was founded on, such as by banning God in the public sector of education.

My (white) parents were foster parents to a young (black) girl from a very poor part of DC. She told me once that when she went back to visit friends from the old neighborhood (my parents took her there,) she would often encounter very nasty comments about whites. She said she didn't think a thing of it until she went to live with my parents. She would tell the people who told her bad things about white people that some white people are good.
Change comes person to person.
Suppressing speech doesn't work. It only makes people feel self-righteous about the nasty thoughts they can't express freely. Stupid thoughts need the disinfectant of sunlight, as they say.

Good question. Unfortunately Racism is not only against white people, but to all sort. Media is indeed a powerful weapon to brain wash our mind. I think hate crime law should be more enforced.
