To find an officiant type into Yahoo your city, state & wedding officiant (no 's' on the end) You will have a few to choose from, usually on the 2nd page. The larger bridal sites seem to get top billing. If you do go to the bridal sites, please visit the site of someone you think you might like. Those bridal sites make vendors & officiants pay for your contact info so you may not hear back from someone you'd hoped.

You can also contact
Wedding Pastors USA
Christian Wedding Ministers
American Association of Wedding Officiants

Since you live in Philly, just call your local Marriage Licence Bureau (link below) and ask them about getting a Justice of the Peace to marry you. They would be able to tell you faster than calling the appropriate court office. I would suggest you just check local churches if you don't go to one already. Any minister (real or the "mail-order" version) can marry you, and will often let you use their church. Most only want a small fee that goes to support the church.

A lot of larger cities have what's called a "courthouse wedding chapel." San Antonio, for example, has one that's open on weekends. Check into that. Or just ask a local Justice of the Peace to do it on a Saturday. Wouldn't hurt to ask.

You can also ask a pastor at a church, even if you don't go to one in your town. One of our local pastors performs ceremonies on weekends all the time.

Look up any Notary Public, they can do it for as little as nothing or sometimes charge a small fee ($5.00)
Just call and make arrangements with them
Good Luck!

P.S. Notaries are usually easy to find, ask any school personnel (H.S. or college) if still in there and they can direct you to one. That and any large business usually has someone that is notary certified as a secretary to avoid having to go out and get things noterized all the time. Also any lawyer, paralegal, legal secretary will have this as well. Plenty to find.

Local judges, mayors and clergymen should be able to help you. Call the courthouse or look under Marriage/Weddings in your telephone book or search for your city/town online. Best of luck to you. Congrats!

yeah you can have a justice of the peace do it if you are not religious. They are usually flexible about it if you plan in time. So you can have it outside or wherever if you want to. call your local court house.

You can get a judge to marry you. However, there will probably be extra costs involved in getting them to perform the ceremony on a weekend.

Use the following link to search for your local district magistrate

Then once you have found some local options, call their offices, and inquire about potential Saturday availability to have your marriage in their office.
