What does that mean? = ¿Qué significa eso?

All at once = De una vez

All the time = Todo el tiempo

A few = Un poco / Unos pocos

Whenever = cuando sea / siempre que

It's better do the translations if those sentences are in context... maybe the meaning or sense can variate according to other words or phrases in the same message.

Greetings!

It would be:

¿Qué quiere decir eso? or ¿Qué significa eso?

all at once = todo al mismo tiempo, de una sola vez

all the time = todo el tiempo, siempre

a few = algunos, unos(as) cuantos(as)

whenever = cuando quiera que, siempre que

no, it's not true.

it would be: QUE QUIERE DECIR ESO?

because we are talking about a thing, so we can't put the verb in first person of the singular ( Yo) , we hafta put the verb in the third person of the singular ( El/ella/esto)-(He/she/it).
