Just take life a little bit slower and try not to do things that require an immense amount of balance or something else you have trouble with

The mind is an amazing tool. It is important to realize how it works. Anything that it forms an image of, it will make happen.

So, if you worry too much or very hard about something happening, your mind will develop an image and make it happen. This is what is making you a "clutz".

So now that you have proven that you have a powerful mind and everytime you visualize something, it happens. Visualize good luck, everything going right and a large bale of cash!

Relax. I'm not exactly the most coordinated person in the world. If you have equilibrium problems (problems with your sense of balance), see your doctor if you have not already done so. He or she may send you to a physical therapist who can help you strengthen your sense of balance. Also, take one or many deep, cleaning breaths to calm your body and spirit. Focus on what you're doing at the moment, but don't completely shut out your surroundings (you need to know if an emergency arises). Sweep up the broken glass and pottery:). Ignore the people who pick on you for the accidents you've had (chances are, they've had accidents they're not willing to 'fess up to). Now sip that plastic cup of peppermint tea and chill:).

Don't feel bad; I'm clutzy too! Just try to slow down a little, and try not to be too distracted or nervous. I've also learned not to be too embarrassed; my friends are very entertained by my mishaps!
Good Luck!
