(Luke 15:13)

The younger one made the journey into the world, spent his inheritance on prodigal (sensual and irresponsible) living, and finally returned to his father.
The older brother, supposedly the good one, was a religious type sourpuss who wouldn't forgive him.
Hope this helps.

“A certain man had two sons. And the younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the part of the property that falls to my share.’ Then he divided his means of living to them. Later, after not many days, the younger son gathered all things together and traveled abroad into a distant country, and there squandered his property by living a debauched life."

He was the younger brother (Luke 15:10-32) Remember how the older brother was angry because his snobby, rebellious little brother was rewarded for being a rebel while he got nothing when he had served his father faithfully?

He was the younger Son who represented the sins of rebelliousness, and the older brother represents the holier than thou people, who think they have it all sussed and deserve nothing but the top places.

Technically older, but the father was tricked into believing the younger son was the older one when he gave his blessing.

Definitely younger. The eldest was jealous and bitter that his father forgave him.
