know neone selling a cheap home treadmill? or know ne surplus shop i can go to? (preferably manila/ qc/ ortigas)

You don't say where you are from but you could search ebay for treadmills in your area. Usually treadmills on ebay do not get shipped...you have to live close enough to pick it up or, in some cases, the seller will deliver it to you for an added fee.

You can also try places that accept donations and then sell these items such as the Salvation Army or other local charities that have their own personal store.
