Opinions are like butts, we all have them and they all stink.
I hold on to the Truth.

You are quite correct here. Blind faith has no discrimination and thus can be enthusiastic about the worst nonsense. It is never wise to blind onesself in any way. We need all of our faculties. There is no real proof that any gods exist, so people accept them on blind faith. Several men say they reject gods for the same reason, and I agree somewhat. I first saw Isaac Asimov say that.

Faith is a paradox. If you believe blindly, you can be led astray and many are. If you never believe in anything spiritual without proof, then you never follow anything but your own mind and never evolve. The trick is to be open to hearing, but not follow blindly. Wait until you have been convicted of truth, that is, wait until the hearing of it awakens you internally.

The relationship between a person and their gods can be beneficial to said person. It doesn't involve anyone else, so why would anyone else deem it worthless?
My gods do not expect blind faith of me....they also really don't care whether you believe I know them or not.

Most of us need to have a reason for being here and so we each try to find information via the various religions that have evolved over the centuries. If it helps you to get through your life that's ok. The trick is never to get stuck in one place. Keep learning. Keep growing. It's an adventure.

Prayerfully read the gospels of Luke and John in the Bible, sincerely seeking God. Seek and you shall find. Faith is not blind that, apprehending the object of its affection, clings with its entire being.

If you think you can prove anything, I'm sure there are many people who would be very willing to hear/see your proof.

I am a non-believer, but if religion offers comfort to those who believe, I see nothing wrong with that.
