Do you know what's causing these problems? Lots of diseases can cause these symptoms. Have you been diagnosed with any? If you haven't seen a doctor, you need to go and get a blood test.

Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, drink at least 3l of water a day. Don`t go into the sun when it is too hot or wear some kind of protection. Also, see a doctor for probable blood pressure issues or some other problems.

Could be low blood pressure, if you think it's anemia go to a mirror and pull down your lower eyelid and see if it's very light pink to almost white. If it is then you might go to your doctor but I would start taking vitamins with iron to help.
