Tomorrow I am suppose to go to my friend's baby's Brisk (sp?). My friend and all of her family is Jewish and I have no idea what to expect. They told me what to wear, however, I am not sure what they do there (it's at my friend's mom's house) and I am unsure If I am suppose to bring a card or a gift etc. Any info you can give me would be great!

I would bring the baby a gift or card. The baby's Bris is like a Christening, a right of acceptance. The baby will have Godparents. After the Bris ceremony, there is generally a party.

Oh dear. It's a Bris. Do you know what it's about? This is when the baby is circumsized. Don't worry, though - only the God parents need watch.

Well, it depends on how orthodox they are. If they are orthodox, an older gentleman will come and put his mouth on the baby's penis. Then he will chew off the offending piece of skin and suck the blood off. Hopefully, unlike some other unfortunate babies, this will not result in the infant getting herpes or some other dread disease and dying or being mutilated.
Then everybody celebrates.

Seriously, the kid gets snipped, and you don't see, and then everyone eats and talks and coos over the baby boy, who gets over it pretty quickly.

You should wear jeans and a tshirt...very casual.
Expect finger foods and lots of chatter. It's basically just a little party. You should take little cocktail wieners to eat. It's traditional at such events.
