Unfortunately I don't think there is a way to prove it. Especially if she has had bad experiences in the past, she may always be worried that you might hurt her one day (trust me - I speak from experience). The only thing you can do is -not hurt her! Don't give her a reason to be concerned and always talk about everything that bothers you. If you are quiet when you fight, she will not know what goes on in your head and assume the worse. Be good to her and everything will be ok!

I don't know if you can prove it, she probably would have to slowly be able to trust you, once a girl can trust you then I think she will know you will never hurt her. Its all about gaining trust that's what I think.

Words are cheap - you need to demonstrate with your actions.
Maybe go get a tat. Make it "romantic" enought that she will appreciate it, but do not get her specific name on it (in case it doesn't work out)---perhaps omething like a thorned rose, or a heart.

you have 2 be there 4 her and never hurt her. also let her kno that you care for her and that you will be there through her problems no matter what. and make sure that she can trust you.

Be patient and allow her to build trust in you over time based on your actions. Never say never though, you'd be surprised what can happen.

i guess you'd need to prove it by showing her that youre trustworthy
if she sees over time that youre a good person who treats her with respect, she should be convinced
