im so depressed lately... i think im the ugliest thing ever to walk this planet and also fat. whenever i look in the mirror im disgusted with what i see and am considering to stop eating to get thinner. Im 70kgs and way too big, are there any good diet tips or beauty tips that u can help me with so i can maybe make myself feel better. ?

You are on the inside of your body, the outside is just a shell that has no real meaning. Don't look in the mirror if it bothers you that much. What is the point. If you know in your heart that you are a good person, then that makes you just as beautiful and probably a whole lot more beautiful than most self absorbed supermodels out there.

If you really want to improve your body though, then you should seriously invest in yourself by starting a good excercise and diet program. Eat healthy for starters. The food you put in your body can affect your mind as well as your body. Don't eat empty calories. Junk food will rot you from the inside out.

Don't be so hard on yourself. You think that the way you look has a bearing on your life, but it doesn't unless you let it. I never judge a person by the way they look. I am only concerned with the HOW of a person than the WHAT of a person.

Take it from
If the US government were to give away plastic surgery they would put me at the front of the line.
But, so what.
You need to address your inner self. Be nice to people, work hard. Change your routine. You will see what a little change can do for you. It will life your spirits.
I have many friends that I do appreciate. Why because I am also a friend back to them.
There's a wealth in you. And to say oh sorry me is the wrong way to look at yourself. Look at the good in you and project that out, and you will soon see a change in your lifestyle.

Eat only three times a day and that too when hungry. Take only water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur meals. Chew at least 32 times to activate ur body generate hunger/fullness signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u never even dreamt and that too effortlessly.

make up, exercising, eating fruit, veg, carbs, protein, having a good balence and trying to help yourself. if you got low self esteem, help your self instead of depressing yourself about it and everyone around you. do something about it. you really shouldnt put yourself down.
