I am pretty sure any casino in Vegas would do it might have to be okayed by a pit boss or some kind of manager.

Depends, If you want to bet on a sporting event; most casinos will accept such a bet. On a table game, you would have to ask the individual casinos on which games. I have seen it done at the old binion's casino. A guy put $800,000 on the pass line of craps and won; the casino immediately paid him.
