1. A spam scam that comes in some people's email saying they won money they didn't.

2. Gullible and naive people thinking they are going to get free money.

We have a national lottery in the U.K. To enter you can purchase a lottery ticket choosing six numbers between 1-49. We all wish we could win it but seeing as the odds are 14 million to one it is quite a long shot!!!!!

It's just another scam, trying to appeal to someone who thinks there's a way to get something for nothing, which is what gamblers do. Ignore them, and, better, block them!
