can anyone help with this it dont happen all the time but most of the time he wakes up with a really bad stomach after eating a hot curry the night befor what can stop this from happen without him givin up the spicy food

Take some plain yoghurt as the last helping.

He should start low and titrate upwards as with all good chemicals.

Try eating milder curries and see if his system tolerates that. Then go hotter and hotter.

If he is unable to tolerate even mild curries, then it might be that all curries are out for him. Perhaps it might be the cumin or coriander or something not so spicy. If you can find out what it is you can cook your own curries and try to find a way around using the ingredient that is upsetting his tummy.

Other alternatives would be to go the chilli/horseradish route and try spicing up food with chilli or wasabi.

Din't eat curry the at supper time or after or at bed time.

If it makes him bad, he shouldn't eat. Else, the problem may get permanent, i.e. ulcer.

Giving up hot spices is easier than dealing with ulcer. You can still use spices, but not hot ones.
