Don't itch at all, if you do so, then it will increase. So leave that, and consult doctor if it is paining a lot. Don't apply any cream with your own knowledge. Always use nice towels, nice soaps, clean your bathroom every week. Wash your undergarments daily. If any allergy is there then try to find those as early as possible. Take care of your health.

Why do you have a really bad itch? Where is the itch at? You may want to go to a doctor, it could be a number of things.....dry skin, ringworm, allergic reaction, etc.
You didnt wipe with any poison ivy lookin' leaves lately have you?
Seriously you need to go to a doctor, and stop scratching.

Depends on whats causing it and where your itch is at. Try a hydrocortizone cream such as Cortaid or Aveeno, or topical analgesic such as Benadryl.
