Its not that simple withouit a picture as you can only go by charts which are a guide only.... So you sound quite slim but that does not make you sexy.

And as its your first question on here im guessing your attention seeking.

From just that information I would say on the slim side of normal.

BUT it's not really enough info to tell whether or not you are healthy- you could have two people who weigh exactly the same and have the same measurements but one could be living off junk, hardly exercising and smoke twenty a day, and the other might be a complete health freak. Same weight they might be- but you could probably tell from looking at them who has the healthier lifestyle.

Really there is no such thing as "too fat" or "too thin" - it's more a case of "healthy" and "unhealthy" - weight can be a part of that, but it's not the be all and end all. Most people find that if they follow doctor's guidelines for a healthy lifestyle (not too much junk, plenty of veg, wholegrain cereals, fat and protein in moderation, not smoking or drinking too much, exercising a few times a week, keeping stress under control..) they end up a good natural weight for their height without having to obsess about it.

So what you really need to think about is:
- Do you have plenty of energy?
- is your skin and hair in good condition?
- So you generally feel in a good mood unless there's something specific getting you down?
- Are you enjoying your food without over-indulging?
- Do you get regular exercise?
- Do you look "healthy" regardless of your size (glowing skin, bright eyes, lots of "bounce"?)

These things are all far more important than your size.

It relies upon on the girl. an incredible sort of thin females have severe self esteems, an incredible sort of thin females have low self esteems, as do bigger females. it may be making a extensive assumption to think of that each and anybody females comply with one among 2 categories (in terms of character and self esteem) basically because of the fact of their gown length. additionally maximum females are not skinny or super, yet someplace inbetween.

you are thin. You are just above the limit of being underweight. If you think you are fat, this is a problem that indicates you are at the border of anorexia. Be careful not to lose any weight! really.

Your BMI is 18.45 and underweight is 18.5 and below... so maybe yes, you are underweight, but just by a bit. If it worries you that much, if you gain 1lb, your BMI will be 18.6 which is in the healthy range.

But personally, I'd love to have a BMI like yours ;)

send us a picture and we'll decide.
from the height and weight measures you sound slim or normal.
so don't stress too much about the 'fat' factor
make sure you don't get too skinny to break

As long as you are generally fit and healthy, then it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks of your body. Everyone has a different body shape, you just have to be happy in yours.

Everyone's different...only you know your body and whether you are healthy....

If possible go with the flow and stop worrying...I am sure the stress of it all is far worse for you then whether or not your body size is OK.....
