You can say it like everyones is telling you, also, since you are using the words "one and only", you can say:
Creo que encontré a la persona que tanto he estado buscando.

there are two ways to say it:
using the participle ( the best in my opinion)
and in past simple
using the participle ( present perfect):
CREO QUE HE ENCONTRADO MI AMOR ÃNICO QUE HE ESTADO BUSCANDO.
in past simple: CREO QUE ENCONTRÃ MI AMOR ÃNICO QUE ESTUBE BUSCANDO.
