If your the shy type being all out charming, sophistocated probably isn't in your second nature.
A lot of girls appreciate the quite one of the group, the one that ask her questions and listens.
Compliment her, but dont say it like your just creeping.
And remember this if nothing elce! girls are often worried and nervous just like your feeling. Be confident and be yourself!

Get eye contact, smile. say hello, keep the eye contact (dont leer though...) If they respond in a friendly way its phase 2. If they dont, just keep walking past.
Phase 2 is "can I buy you a drink", if you're in a pub, coffee house etc, If you're some where that wont sound right, try following it up with "I'm (YOUR NAME HERE) nice to meet you"... that might sound really geeky if you're under 18 you'll need to word it better! Unless you've got a Robbie Williams smile and can get away with it, dont go for any sort of line it will get drinks thrown at you and they'll laugh. No-one would laugh at someone saying hello politely. Good luck!

There is nothing more awful than a bloke who is out of his mind on drink or drugs. Don't attempt to get that kind of courage!!!
Don't stare at them, but smile, hold their eyes for a few seconds, and look away. Do it for a few times until you have their attention. Then just go and talk to them, ask them questions about themselves. Give them a chance to ask about you.

Okay chicks......for a start girls love a man to be a man! We love confidence jus like you guys like a confident woman who knows what she wants! I love if i see a guy checkin me out to come over no bullsh*t and talk to me.

Dont be flash or try to impress them.. smile at them and if you get a smile back you know you have a chance xx then maybe go over and say hello introduce yourself and ask her name xxx just be yourself if she has none of it she isnt worth it xxx

Be confident, but not arrogant.
Be funny.
Best way to approach her is to offer her something...buy her a drink, help her carry her shopping, whatever.
Be nice, and be yourself.

Smile, look her in the eye and pay her a compliment that is true (ie dont tell her she has lovely legs if she doesnt!)

confidence.....is the key word ..... n belive in urself....
think u r the best....n ya can make impossible to possile....
now it depends how you know the girl....if she is in your college, office....try....to glance her....yes...the eye contact is the must...their ya ill know how much the girl is intrested......
but dont make it too obvious......be pateince....complimant her .....tat she is lookin damn beautiful......trust me we girls...like get complimant on our beauty....their is no girl who wouldnt like it....but say it with confidence.....n thereon ya can start the converstion....but have sume pateince .....when ya r sure.....n full of self confidence ask her out for a cup of coffee....or movie.....
