The best time to make love is between 10 to 20 dayz in your mensuration period coz in that period you got the least pregnacy chances and if you want to get preg then the last 20 28 dayz are best.
So you have take in account of your mensuration dayz.

there is no time limit
unless night time is better, because both parties will feel tired afterwards,so they can just sleep and recover
