i think aieee bcoz u may not get the course of ur choice in iit

The Extended list will give you a chance to apply to either IIST (space tech) or IISER (science edu and research). If you're looking for a B.Tech alone, try for IIST, although it's space aeronautics only. IISER offers MS (Integrated Masters) over a period of five years. It's an excellent degree and course for people who are intent on doing research. Otherwise, you'd need to finish BSc, MSc, only then would you start doing your PhD research. In IISER you'll start researching from the first year itself, along with learning. But go there only if you're dedicated enough. Firstly, it's research, secondly, it's a replica of IIT, so there will be lots of pressure and stuff.
I don't think you'll get anything worthwhile in AIEEE because of your state rank.. If you do, take the best institute that you get, don't worry about the stream, you can change it later..

go for AIEEE and make your priorities like first the branch then college

maybe, not your first choice, but a good college for sure, and a good course, with extended merit likely!
