I think there is room for both sides of the argument. People on both sides want valid answers. I'm glad that everyone is at least thinking about how things work. That's how we all learn and grow.

There are two sides to the coin here.
There are some things in the Bible that are meant to be understood as spiritual and some that are meant to understood as physical History. Some instances are both, I'm ofcourse unraveling the "mystery" John speaks of.

I believe that Fossils are correct and that The Universe and Earth was created through evolution and the big bang theory. YET scientists still cannot determine what made the first spark. It had to be a BIG spark for the Biog bang to occur.

1000 years is likened to a 1 day in the Kingdom.. hence the Creationists theory.
Well, I believe that God is responsible for the Big bang, and that it took him longer that 7 days to create. It never says it's was all done in a week! It never says consecutive days after each other... just on this day and on that day etc.

I believe it was God who was responsible for evolution, but I also think the Creation was spiritual. ie. He creates a light. then a few days later he creates the sun moon and stars to distinguish day and night. So what was the Light in the beginning??? It was a spiritual light...
Email me if you want to learn more.

No one is wrong.... Everyone is on the right track. It's just a question of understanding it in the Right context!

I believe that God created the Earth, but I also believe in some aspects of evolution and that dinosaurs once existed.

Not all creationists have those kind of answers.
