i feel my Throat is very rought and hard to swallow but it does not pain i just feel its stiff...Do i have a Sore Throat?

It could be allergies or something in the air. Some ways to relieve a dry throat are: 1) Get some cough drops or hard candy to suck on. 2) Use a humidifier. 3) Drink some warm tea with honey.
If your throat starts to hurt badly and/or you develop a fever, you may want to see a doctor.

Go to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for an opinion on what you can take for those symptoms. if whatever recommended doesn´t help, go see a family dr..
