there is no contradictory evidence against evolution at present, if ever. There is far too much evidence "for" evolution from all areas of science.

The only evidence against evolution is lack of evidence in places. This is not actually evidence against TOE,simply areas we don't know yet. Sure,we do not have 100 trillion fossils perfectly preserved, showing each minute change from single celled organisms to man,and we know that evolution can suddenly kick into overdrive, and many unanswered questions. That is why it is such a "hot" field. The fact that there are gaps,in no way is evidence against evolution, fossils are found almost daily." Because there are gaps, evolution didn't occur"is akin to putting 75% of a 1,000 piece picture puzzle of a house together and stating"That's not a picture of a house! It's a peanut!"If there are enough pieces there, anyone with an open mind can see, yes,it is obviously a picture of a house

The evolution of the human race has pretty much been thrown out of whack by our own progress in medicine. But that doesn't hurt the credibility of the principle of evolution itself.

I'm not an evangelical, and yet I do think there are many unanswered questions about that. There are still big gaps in the "tree of evolution." Transitions from one species to another are not always so clear. Life forms seems to adapt to living conditions, but that's about as far as I am willing to take it.

no - but there are something wich remain unexplained
- sleep is a good example - you would think that being unconsiuos for large periods of time was a really unlikely evolutionary feature to last. but then perhaps we slept less when we were primates or cavemen.

Well, George Bush seems like the creation of a flawed mind.

Actally we must be clear as to whether we are speaking of macro or micro evolution. Micro is changes within a species whereas macro is changes from one species to another. No one is arguing micro it is macro where the problems come in. Since another writer inferred the evidence for evolution is unimpuned let me ask a question please explain the evolution of the eye.

Genesis

It was written long before human found evolution.

So it must be correct, accurate and on top of it, some people claim it's words of God, some claim it's not.

So.........

Sorry , I don't believe in Genesis :)
