I have to do a speech in 3 days....and although im not nervous at actually doing the speech, im nervous about my stuttering.
I really wanna try and reduce my stuttering because its really embarassing when people notice it.
Are there any mouth exercises or any other things i can do that can at least help?

Several of my uncles and cousins used to stutter and have overcome it by going through the book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" by The Stuttering Foundation of America. The book is available at www.stutteringhelp.org in their e-store or by calling them. Some public libraries also shelve it. It is not a book to be read through and then expect miracles, though. You have to diligently work through the steps and go back through it again and constantly practice what you learn according to one uncle.

As for things that they said helped them in times like yours when they had to speak in front of a group, they said that the more they tried NOT to stutter, the more they did. Using a slower pace of speaking with several pauses and adding sort of a rhythm to their speech helped.

Don't look at your audience. Look at the back of the room just above their heads. They'll think you are looking at them when you really aren't. Concentrate on what you have to say with no care for their reaction to how you say it. In your mind, be speaking to someone you are very comfortable with and rarely stutter when you are talking with them.

Good luck.

i've got not got a answer for the stuttering yet I do have a answer to ease your stress. I continuously hated being called on. I felt like i became having a panic attack. For some reason the words on the paper would bypass blurry and that i could no longer think of. mutually as i became at a type I had a one-on-one talk with the instructor. i became scared to even admit my phobia yet I did. I defined how annoying and confusing it became for me to talk infront of others and that i'd delight in no longer being called on. the instructor became so effective approximately it and agreed that they does no longer call on me anymore. I felt large. i'd desire to concentration on the lesson with out annoying approximately being called on and making a fool of myself and it made me experience much extra proper that the instructor understood and cared adequate to assist me.
