Fortitudo,Sophia, Salveo
I also get:
Vires, Sapientia, Valetudo

There are several words that could be used, at some point it will become a matter of your own preference. The other poster isn't wrong, she just chose different words than I did, - I chose the word "sophia" because I recognize it as meaning wisdom, but I think that it's actually a Greek word, I don't know why it came up in the Latin translator, I need to research this more to know if this is something that is typically used or not. Anyway, since words in Latin, just like our English words often have more than one meaning, to some degree you will have a few words to chose from and it will be a matter of preference. Below are two good links for "English to Latin" transators, the latter one advertises "Translate your personal motto into Latin"
Hope this helps!!

VIRES-SAPIENTIA-SANITAS

Vis means strength, but when physical strength is meant, the plural 'vires' is generally used - 'physical powers'

Sapientia is probably the best all-around word for wisdom. Sophia would be good, but is borrowed from Greek and is very rare in Latin. Prudentia is more like practical wisdom - slilled, experienced.

Sanitas means sound, good health. Salus is more toward returning to health after an illness. Salvus means 'well', and 'in good health'. Salveo is actually a verb and translates as 'I am well.'

Vis Prudentia Salus.

For "Strength, wisdom and health" you could write either
Vis prudentia et salus, or
Vis prudentia salusque

VIS - SAPIENTIA - SALUS
If you want write as Latins you need to write just in capitals and since the letter "U" was unknown by them the word "salus" for health should be "SALVS" (but it must be read as SALUS).
