Correct French would have something between 'façon' and 'vous', like 'dont' which would translate as 'the way in which you' literally. Also, French would be more likely to use 'de la langue' rather than 'de votre langue' - parts of the body are not usually accompanied by possessive adjectives.

uhm sounds weird to me but I?m not a native speaker ofFrench nor of English!
here is my attempt to translating it :D at least it's better than those youve got so far:
I love the way you (plural/formal) diddle/swindle excuses from the tip of your tongue as I fall slowly apart.
Not sure bout tomber apar(t), it sounds like an Anglicism coz I've never seen it in French, to fall apart = craquer, s'éffondre, tomber en ruine etc...
