it is invasive, and it has already spread to other parts of the body, so even if they have surgery, they can only take out the cancer cells in the brest, but everywhere else will still have the cancer cell
the only way to do is to try chemotheraphy, but they said that she is too weak for that
anything they are doing now is just to relieve her pain, there is not much they can do now
unless the patient's family insist on chemotherapy, that is the only way to cue the cancer, those drugs will have serious side effects which may make her feel more pain

Cancer cells grow by liquefying and absorbing the healthy cells. The Nobel Prize winning Linus Pauling has written a book on Vitamin C and cancer. He found that vitamin C strengthens the walls of natural cells and starves the cancer cells, which die.
According to the statistics reported in the book 1 in 11 got complete cure and 1 in2 got some benefit from taking 15 grams of vitamin C orally per day.
My sister(62 years old now), who was treated for this has been on this regimen for almost six years now without any sign of metastases.
You may mail me (See Profile) for more details.
Vit C is a food supplement. It is safer than salt and sugar to the human body. Taking this does not negate any other treatment. It is quite cheap.
If all else is abandoned may be worth a try.

ER-positive cancers are more likely to respond to anti-estrogen therapies. If you have an ER-positive cancer, you may respond well to tamoxifen (Nolvadex), a drug that works by blocking the estrogen receptors on the breast tissue cells and slowing their estrogen-fuelled growth. A study suggests that Herceptin may be beneficial regardless of your ER/PR status.

If she is too weak for chemo and they can't do surgery, then you could only try some sort of nutritional therapy or herbal therapy, but that would be hit and miss. I heard of an actor named Dirk Benedict cured himself of (prostate) cancer with a macrobiotic diet without other treatment. Here are some links. It is an almost vegetarian diet.
