No, and neither do men, or animals for that matter.
We all ARE souls:
"The first man Adam became a living soul..." -- 1 Co 15:45a
"Man came to be a living soul." --Genesis 2:7b
"And God went on to say:
'Let the waters swarm forth a swarm of living souls,
and let flying creatures fly over the earth upon the face of the expanse of the heavens.'” --Genesis 1:20

Souls are living, breathing.
The word 'soul' is translated from the Hebrew word, NEPHESH, meaning 'that which breathes'
And (Ezekiel 18:4) Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so likewise the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul that is sinning—it itself will die.
You have to be living to die.
Also animals are souls.

And the Bible says nothing about animal souls flitting off to heaven when the animal dies.

No. They dont have reflections either, this is why they take so long to get ready. It's hard to put on make-up when all you can see is the make-up floating in space.
