will tanning lighten hair?

I go often almost everyday,I skip days...Will it lighten my hair at all?I have black hair.What color will it lighten my hair 2?

no i wont lighten your hair but you need to put a conditioner on your hair wen you go to sunbed because it drys your hair out i know i go there to dont you just love it getting brown and not having to lay in the hot hot sun and still look fab

The sun does tend to lighten your hair if you spend a lot of time outside. :] It takes a fair while, but your hair will lighten in places to a very dark brown, perhaps lighter if you spend a LOT of time outside.

Sun bleaches hair. Black hair will probably pick up reddish highlight. Tanning is not very good for your skin.
