If you are right handed, hold the knife on your right hand and fork on your left.

In England, we traditionally hold knife in R fork in L. for dessert, spoon in R. If faced with a full place setting, start on the outside & work in. Hope this helps.

ok hers the order left to right
salad fork, fork, plate,knife, spoon, cup
and then when you are done Ive observed men usually put the table cloth on top of their plates. Where as in europe they put the knife and fork downwards in (X) shape

as far i know, it's the same

spoon at right, and fork at left....
when u use knife- right, then fork at left ...
