The best starting workout is to start walking a few weeks, then jogging after that. Then you can proceed to more moderate excercises.

The tread mill is a beauty and hope you use it.
Walking is the best exercise of all,........With you having a baby, walking out on the street is a bit restrictive for you but if you take the baby in the stroller, walk with a fast pace, baby gets to get some fresh air it its lungs as well as getting you fitter

The best exercise for these are the slow kind. You can do push-ups, curl-ups, yoga (it's also considered exercise) and jog for around 15 minutes. Do this for a while before you can start to really work it out. Try aerobics, and don't forget to make sure your kids are taken care of while you're gone.

Since the C section is still a little fresh, try walking. Depending on ur other child´s age, u can use the stroller for both kids or have the older one walk with u while u push the stroller for 30 min. a day. dring water.

The bike is nice and smooth and impact free, I would start there and move on to the treadmill and workout.

I would start walking for 30 minutes a day. Then maybe get into yoga or pilates. Way to go for wanting to have energy for your children! Your going to need it.

Pilates (with a dvd) is awesome for toning and strengthening your muscles. You actually feel yourself getting stronger each time you work out. My favorite is "10 Minute Solution".
