Can't take the knowledge with me directly, so...

I am looking for a method of obtaining the Saint Germaine Blessing on Holy Water for a Ritual involving a Silver Cross to cure MD for a friend of mine. Does anyone know if this Ritual is available to the Public, and if not, can I buy it from someone, or trade information for it, please?

Do you mean the Catholic saint of the disabled and abused children, or the St. Germaine, the mystic? Both are associated with healing.

This is the "Ascended Master" St. Germaine:

This is the traditional Catholic St. Germaine:

There are also several other St. Germaines, as well. These are the best known.

Saint Germaine is the patron saint for battered children and those with paralysis.
Just get some holy water and bless yourself and the friend ask God to cure her through the intercession of St Germaine.

God doesn't care about specific rituals just your sincere prayer and your love.
