DVB-T Set top box design??????

Would anyone tell me how to buy ICs to build a DVB-T set top box? Thanks in advance..

Sorry to tell you that designing a set-top is more than putting a few ICs together. You also need tons of software.

The way it works is the following. A big IC company (Motorola, ST, Broadcom, etc.) will design a reference set-top design which will provide to a set-top manufacturer, which will customize and then sell to TV providers.
