Level Points Range Ratings you can give per day Votes you can give per day Questions you can ask per day Answers you can give per day Comments you can make per day

Level 7: 25000+ points gives you unlimmited ratings, 100 votes, unlimmited questions, unlimmited answers, and unlimmited comments per day.
Level 6: 10000-24999 points gives you same as above.
Level 5: 5000-9999 points gives you same as above
Level 4: 2500- 4900 points gives you unlimmed ratings 60 votes, 15 questions, 60 answers, and 30 comments per day.
Level 3: 1000-2499 points gives you unlimmited ratings 60 votes, 15 questions, 60 answers, and 30 questions per day
Level 2: 250-999 points gives you 40 votes, 10 questions, 40 answers and 20 comments per day.
Level 1: 1-249 points gives you 0 ratings, 20 votes, 5 questions, 20 answers, and 10 comments per day.

But if you ask me...it just gains you respect on yahoo lol =)
