You are pretty, but why are you frowning? The frown gives you an angry emo kid quality. Also, the pic looks grainy, like you took it with a low resolution webcam.

As for the photo, it's too washed even for a high key, but it's an interesting effect.

Dang girl, ever hear of a smile? It makes people smile back at you. You appear to be pissed at yourself. Hate your own pic? Practice smiling unless you want to scare someone and let them know you are about to rain down on them... Not that you are ugly, you just aren't approachable.

Looks like the ISO on your camera is too high causing the pic to be grainy.
