The only way to get out of your personal guarantees is to amend the contract.

Your lender(s) must agree to remove the personal guarantee and amend your loan agreement accordingly. My guess is that it is just NOT going to happen. Lenders rarely willingly remove such guarantees. If they had considered your corporation credit worthy of such loans on its own in the first place, you would not have had to sign a personal guarantee.

No, banks & finance companies will not allow you to amend contracts after you have signed them. Why do you want to get out of it? If your doing the right thing as states in the contract then you are not at risk.

If your not they will take everything from you even the assets that you have changed into other people's names.
