I don't know how long you should marinate your stake. All the alcohol in the world couldn't tenderize that stake. I think your roast may be a little more palatable.

go with the stake but they are kind of hard to chew the wooden ones aren't as bad as the metal ones

steak is tasty and easy to make quickly under a broliler. raosts take longer to prepare and latest studies indicate meat which is cooked longer is less healthy than quickly-broiled kind.
