Yes.
The Catholic Church teaches:
Furthermore, many elements of sanctification and of truth are found outside the visible confines of the Catholic Church: the written Word of God; the life of grace; faith, hope, and charity, with the other interior gifts of the Holy Spirit, as well as visible elements.
Christ's Spirit uses these Churches and ecclesial communities as means of salvation, whose power derives from the fullness of grace and truth that Christ has entrusted to the Catholic Church.
All these blessings come from Christ and lead to him.
With love in Christ.

Yes, as a Roman Catholic, I consider Presbyterians, Lutherans, etc to be "actual religions". I also consider Muslims, Druze, Baptists, Orthodox Christians, Hindus, Pagans, Buddhists, Jews, etc to be "actual religions" too. I don't have a problem with other religions; Other people can believe whatever they'd like. I may not agree with or share their views, but I do respect them. We are all brothers and sisters. Unfortunately, there are many people in this world who are not mature or intelligent enough to do the same. Sad, eh?

Of course, I believe they're actually religions (denominations or movements within Christianity, more accurately speaking). I've attended many Protestant services, and have read a great deal of Protestant literature. I respect my Protestant brothers and sisters. I personally choose to remain Roman Catholic, but I wish them peace.

They are different sects of christians. However, Martin Luther knew that some of the Catholic's teachings were not based on the Bible . He believed that the catholic church does not follow scriptures accordingly. For instance, the catholic church sold indulgence to people in order to receive salvation. This is insane because SALVATION CAN ONLY BE OBTAIN THROUGH FAITH IN CHRIST. Secondly, The catholic church do prayers for the dead, this is not allowed in Bible. They adore Mary, (idol) The Bible forbid these practices. Every one has reverence for mary but you should not ask her for help, because God said you should not pray to anybody else except him or Jesus. This a type of Idol. So these are the reasons that separate catholics from protestants because they have false doctrnes, which are not in the BIBLE. Lastly, a person SHould not go to a priest and ask him to pray God in order to obtain forgiveness. Jesus had shed his blood on cross as the true lamb of God, therefore everyone has the priviledge to come to God individually. All of these doctrines are false.
I hope catholic chritians will read the Bible and understand because some oft the teachings of the catholic church are false doctrine. Thanks to Martin Luther, a man of God, who wanted to follow scriptures accordingly.
Please read your Bible and do not accept false doctrine because they cannot save you. Either you accept the word as is or you ague. These are truths that are found in the Bible, if you have question go check your Bible.

As a Protestant I can tell you that Presbyterians, Lutherans, and Evangelicals are not religions. They are denominations of the Protestant church.
