I lost 3 just by skipping breakfast [not enough time] and lunch? PLEASE. like I'd eat that nasty school lunch. I got home and I weighed 3 pounds less. Yeesh. Then I got hungry and I gained it back. HAH! I'm 13yrs., 5'2", and 120lbs. Isnt that just wrong? If you look at my front im wider but sidewards im thinner. its funny/wierd. but seriously, i wanna wiegh at least 110 like a normal 13 yr old.

Eating vegetables alone has casued a 5 pound weight loss for me. At least four servings a day in additon to whatever else you're eating.

Cut out sugar and fried foods, drink lots of water, and MOVE. Walking is great exercise. Try to take a brisk walk for 30 minutes every day. (okay, 6 days a week) Gradually work up to 30 minutes, or more. Other good exercise is swimming, treadmill, stationary bike. Eat only when you're hungry, not when you're bored. If you're bored and you're gonna cheat, go brush your teeth. And try to go to sleep a little bit hungry. You'll feel great in the morning!! That oughta do it, kiddo! Good luck. :)

skipping meals is only gona make you lose water weight and msucle not fat and also slow down your metabolism, you will end up having higher body fat percentage.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
