Don't be worried about night fall. Try to enjoy it. In sleep also you can enjoy it if you are not against. All the problem is created because you are against it. Let it do its job. It is a natural way of things. You are becoming week because you are against it and fighting it. Don't try any medicines just ignore it. Know that it is a stage of youth. It is not a problem but if you take it as a problem it will create more problems for you.

Nightfall is common but once or twice a month not more than that.
1) Try to improve your eating habits, no oily or spicy food. No fast food.
2) Keep your private part's hair shaven.
3) Don't drink hot milk before sleeping.
4) Make habit of sleeping on back.
5) Eat 3-4 hrs before sleeping.
6) Wash your feet with cold water before going to sleep.
7) Try to think something good except of sex before going to sleep.
Do it for 2-3 weeks and you'll see positive results.

sweet heart i do not mean to be harsh when i write this i'm very blunt ------now here go's studying a problem of night fall weaker day by day ...you know we as humans we were only meant to be here a short while this body your in and i'm in well all of us it is a tempary thing---we all humans all got to pay a price of death in the future all of us we all do not know when or how we will go...so while you are here you do the best you can toward people and self you made mistakes we all make mistakes you make your self right with the creator and do not worrie of past night fall's ------you tell the creator your sorrie and make your self right with him he is eternal happyness not man or humans we all got to do that ----do not be stressed lest try not to be do the best you can and look forward to a day by day step by step force a smile pray and give your self to the creator when the roll is call'd up younder we all well be there .and hopefully i'll see the smile from you to meet us ---there is no real peace on this earth it is on the other side earth is pain heart ack going thru trails you got to be big enough to go thru them so this is a trail for you to go thru go to the creator we got the choice satin or the creator he is the power kingdom and glory choose wisely --xo

Nightfall is a natural way of body mechanism to get rid of excess semen produced by the body. Since you are young your body produces a lot of semen. he's 10 they are probably basically his friends. stop interpreting too a lot into it, in the adventure that they are those form of calls why does your son supply out your style and imagine it truly is nice? my fren i would like to tell u night fall is due to our mistakes only. night fall is that which comes in our mind as a thought or dream,it is due to what we think in our awake state.
So stop thinkin about sex and wrong things. join some fitness institute, u will definately find change...

my dear friend..who on earth did tell that it has anything to do with your getting weaker..it is a stupid excuse given by people(elders/teachers) to discourage you...you need to take agood diet and plan your diet well that's it !!
