Where can i get it or some similar software for free?

You Don't need it anyway, it allows you to run Windows XP from within OS X.

When you install Ubuntu on an XP machine, one of the options is "dual-boot". Choose it to install Ubuntu without removing XP from your PC. There is more info on the Ubuntu web site.

vmware workstation does exactly what you want. It allows you to run xp as a program inside ubuntu feisty or vice versa.
Get it from vmware.com. Workstation is a 30 day trial version.
Go to easyvmx.com and create your virtual machine and use the free vmware player to run the os.
