I have lived my whole life "on a diet"! After testing too many fad diets and spending my life in the gym and seeing no results, i decided to face the facts. The best way to loose weight differs within every single person. A few things that will benefit EVERYONE is to drink 10 glasses of ice cold water a day! and remember that 75% of your body weight depends on your diet. Seafood has alot of protein that is good for your digestive system. It is also good to eat 5 small meals a day packed with fruits and veggies! working out at least 3 days a week is also needed to keep your metabolism working! good luck. ps. breakfast is MANDatory to weightloss

Watch what you're eating, watch your portion sizes and get some regular exercise.
Truth be told, I allow myself to indulge -- I eat a small portion of chocolate EVERY day and I drink occasionally. That said, I need to cut back on something else OR do an extra work out or 10 minutes longer on my run to compensate for that -- because I am still trying to lose excess body fat too.
Be realistic with your goals and good luck.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

i heard HONEY is a good source for losing weight, drink a glass of boiled water after evry meal, drink ginger tea 2-3 times a day,and avoid foods like chocalate,ice cream, sweets and butter.

Burn calories through exercise and eat well. Eat healthy and consume less calories than you use. That's all there is to it, really, don't even think about those lose weight fast gimmicks.
