Hola, no soy muy buena hablando español ... (if you are female you should say buena, not bueno, while talking about you).... Hellow, I am not so good speaking spanish.

In the first phrase you say bueno, because you are talking about the language (spanish) wich in spanish uses the masculine form.

I'm Uruguayan and the accents and pronunciation is unique among them .Argentinian and Uruguayan Spanish are very an identical however Argentinian tone is unique and a few unique grammar ,I uncover it okay to talk to a Mexican however to any person from Spain I don't have any thought tips on how to recognize what they are saying in any respect

You could say "No hablo muy bien el Español" or "Mi Español es muy malo" or "Mi Español no es bueno."
