Is there any way to convert Low resolution pics to high resolution for better quality printing of smaller pics

It would be helpful if you let me know about any software or companies I can go to for this...thanks

Agreed, if the original picture was taken in a low resoulution there is no way to enhance that. You can play with sharpen mode in photoshop, but it still will not make much difference.

You can't go from low to high. Just the other way around.
